I found a relative, Cuthbert Paul Randall, in the wonderful transcription of Nebraska Who's Who. Cuthbert was born in Minnesota in 1901, married Jennella Loye and, in 1940 was a lawyer in Dodge County with three children: Richard, Peter and Jennell. I believe he died in Minnesota in 1962.
