Nancy, I hit a brick wall in my family tree with Carl Aloysious Eduard Schaefer. He was killed in Omaha, Nebraska on a street car. No death date, No place of last known residence, No burial information. I can send more information if this is something you have time to do. He was born in 1832 and his son immigrated to the United States in 1883. By looking at some of the children's census records, I came to the conclusion that he would have had to have been in Omaha between the years of 1883 and 1900. If you have time, your help would be greatly appreciated!
