Hi My question is this - What would be the best way to go about verifying the relationship between 2-3 people when all I have are the birth/death dates for these persons? Here's what I know - My great grandmother, Dora Paulsen Hahlbeck (Feb 1863-Jun 1944), is buried at Scribner Cemetery, Dodge County. She is buried in the Dieckmann family plot. The other names in this plot are: C. Jacob Dieckmann Dec 1830-Aug 1897 M Dorothea Paulsen Dieckmann Jul 1830-Mar 1913 Hans D Paulsen May 1794-Aug 1885 HM Nicolas Dieckmann Feb 1860-Nov 1913 Anna Swoboda Dieckmann Jun 1859-Mar 1913 Given these dates - I am guessing that M Dorothea would be Dora's Aunt and that Hans Paulsen would be her grandfather. I have been told that my hunch is correct. How would I go about verifying that my guess is correct?
