This person was in the United States Airforce at the time. I'm fairly certain he was based at Offutt Airforce Base in 1980 or prior. I believe he was Irish, but am not positive. In 1980, I believe he was in his early twenties, which might make him in his early or mid fourties today, if he is still alive. I was told he died in early 1980, but am not sure if this is the truth or not. I have personal reasons for wanting to find this man, reasons very important to me. Please, if anyone knows this man, if you know whether he is still alive or not, please respond. Even if he did die in 1980, I would like to talk to those who knew him- a family member or a close friend. I have a picture of him from 1980. If you think you might know who I am talking about, please let me know, and I will send the picture to you for further identification.
