I believe that he was born in Peoria, IL in or around 1880, and that he died in Cody, NE prior to 1913 (possibly around 1910). He married Nettie May Zimmerman of Buffalo County, NE and they had one son -- my grandfather -- Ivan Earl Justice, who was born in Newton, NE. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
