The call for the departure of the ones who have enlisted, for special training to go to Kansas City, where they will be given a course in Auto Mechanics, will be entrained on August 15th, one week from today over the Missouri Pacific for Kansas City. At this time, there are more offerings for enlistment than can be placed as more people now are inquiring for places than are places just ready for their training. Later when the camps and places of training have been emptied there will be opportunity for the others. Those who are to go to Kansas City one week from this morning are: Elwood BUTTERY, John WEBER, Henry ROMAN, Carl DROEGE, of this city, Clarence HEEBNER of Nehawka, and Mearl LANNING of Eagle. On the same day that the six boys who are to go to Kansas City for training in the Auto school departs, there will also six depart for Lincoln to fill the places which are being vacated by the departure of the 927 who are just completing their training and are leaving for somewhere else this afternoon. Those to go to Lincoln will depart on August 15th, going via the Schuyler, and are J.E. JORDAN of Cedar Creek, Earl MAYFIELD, Louisville, Harvey E. KNISS and Clyde R. KENNEDY, both of Murray, James Elmer SHREEVE of Elmwood, and Frank Turner MARSHALL of Plattsmouth.
