Hi, All of my ancestors were Bohemians and Moravians that settled in northeastern Bulter County or northwestern Saunders County between 1868 and 1880. Most of those that homesteaded in Saunders County had a Linwood, Nebraska mailing address (which is in Bulter County). Frantisek CERNY (1824-1906), my great great grandfather homesteaded in Section 2 of Linwood Prection in Bulter County - this is a little less than a mile southwest of the Linwood Hill Cemetery and the Catholic Cemetery that are located southeast of Linwood. I have information on over 1100 of his descendants and would be happy to exchange information with other descendants. Other surnames I'm interested in with connections to the Linwood area includes: CHROMY, CODR, COUFAL, NAVRKAL, REZAC, SHAVLIK, SHONKA I now live about a hundred miles from this area, but do make it there once in a while.
