Hi Gail- I show a William Hollingsworth Kilgore that was a Dr. in PA. He had a son named John. I don't know any information about this John or his siblings, if they stayed in PA or moved. This John could also have become a Dr like his father. It would appear that this John could fit as the Dr J.C. Kilgore who had moved to IL. Just a guess on this one.
