BENSON, Smith b. 1835 NY. Moved to Ne about 1868. Settled in Tilden (Burnett). My gg-grandfather. CARNES, Margaret b. abt 1840. Married Smith ( a widower) Sept 1874 in Madison NE. They were active in Burnett and there in the1885 Ne. census. The last issue I have of the Burnett Blade is Jan 1887 mentions them and that is the last I can find of him or Margaret. He is my brick wall. Where and when did they die??????????????? Thanks for any help or information. Delores in Rainy Oregon
