I am looking for any information or connections to William Harvey HUMPHREY born in 1881 in Maroa, Ill. He was put in an orphanage by his mother Laura after his father Robert HUMPHREY's death (date unknown). His grandmother took him and his brother Joe from the orphanage and they were raised by her in the Sutherland, NE area. His mother remarried a number of times and in addition to his brother Joe, he had a number of half siblings including Elva BALLARD, Rebecca POWELL, Letta KANE. He married Etta Elizabeth PIERSON in 1903 in N. Platte, NE, his cousins Rance and James HUMPHREY married Etta's sisters Lillian and Irma. I am especially interested in any information about his grandparents Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
