    3. To Jean J. Boicourt and others interested The address of the Nebraska State Historical Society Library is 1500 "R" Street, Lincoln, NE 68508. Tel 402-471-4771. They have a good obituary index, also copies of newspapers from Nebraska are on microfilm. Most Lincoln church records are on microfilm, as well as naturalization records, marriage records, etc. from Lancaster County. Many of the materials from the Nebraska State Historical Society Library were transferred to the Lincoln-Lancaster County Genealogical Society Library, Union College Library, 3800 South 48th Street, Lincoln 68506. TEL 486-2514. If any of your ancestors have a "German-Russian" background, you must visit the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia Library at 631 D Street, Lincoln, 68502-1199. Tel 402-474-3363. They have over 30,000 obituaries on file. Another genealogical resource is the Family History Center, 3100 Old Cheney Road, 68516, Tel 4022-423-4561, operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Hope this helps. Irma A.
