    3. Thank you Michalene, I always enjoy the old letters. Some day I may wish to post a couple of the countless old family letters I have. I have many from Civil War days until about 1920, when my grgrandfather died. Believe me, you don't want to hear all of them. They're probably more within the scope of the other Nebraska List, and they probably don't wish to hear all of them. But, the fuss over not having a stamp or an envelope or a pen, and not being able to get one until warmer days or until some money comes in. What Ruth and "Gertie" would have given up to have the likes of what we have at our fingertips, and access to online genealogy, esp.
