Hi everyone, I am Karl Wesling living in Bremen, Germany and I am looking for one of my ancestors named Wiedkamp who emigrated in the 1840/50`s to Richmond,VA and later, to Omaha,NE. The Wiedkamps (or similar spelling) ran a "saloon", had 8 children and came over to Germany four times with their children, but I can`t find any information about them neither in NE nor in passenger-lists. Could anyone help me with info or a tip where to look? If I can help here in Germany I would like to. I can offer a coloured postcard (1920 ?), showing St.Joseph´s Hospital, Creighton Memorial, Omaha, Neb. published by Mc Laughlin & Barnhart, Omaha. If anyone wants it as a jpeg-file, let me know.
