Hi Liz, I agree 100% with your description of the Sandhills of Nebr. I had lived in Anselmo, Custer Co., Ne. for about 4 yrs. & my husband was raised there. Unfortunately I wasn't into my husbands side of genie at the time, so missed a great opportunity for research there. I also noticed that you were raised in Boone Co., Ne. I have a VANDERLOOP-RUTTEN-HUHMAN line that resided there in the 1870's forth. Would you possibly be researching any of them?
