NE On land that was designated "Half Breed Tract" His wife, Susan La Clare born in Missouri to Sacs Fox mother and possibly fur trader of French background about 1842 To Rulo to claim land due her and siblings on "Half Breed Tract" Would love to find anyone working on this line.......Eli remarried after the death of Susan to a Rosalie Pallardy........descendants include the names of PLANT, CUNNINGHAM, GILLIAM, KITT, BRADLEY, HALTER, SHERIDAN.
