Would like to make contact with anyone who is researching/descended from either William MINER (1844-1931) or his brother Albert Allen MINER (1851-1880), who left IL after the Civil War and homesteaded in NE, where they died. William married Mary Emeline HORNE in 1877, and Albert married Martha Alice OWENS in 1876. Their parents are Allen MINER (1809-1850) and Elizabeth (CARSON) MINER (1820-?). I am descended from William and Albert's older sister Elizabeth (MINER) WADE, who married Henry F. WADE in IL in 1858 and in 1860 returned with him to RI/CT where they remained. Norma (wscnac@cfw.com)
