My Great Aunt, Golda Mae (Frakes) Houlahan, according to her obit, "Grew to womanhood in the Cornell community" then went to McCook and then to Trenton where she lived out the rest of her life. She was a member of the Nebraska Historical Society and Sod House Association of Colby Kansas. I would think there would be some great info stored on her behalf somewhere. I am not sure which Historical Society she was involved in, and haven't had any luck finding anything on the Sod Hose Assoc. either.
