I believe that the message was on the South-Central Kentucky list - it was posted by a volunteer at an Family History Center who had just returned from a meeting at which this was discussed. It said that it would be up in March but didn't give a definite date. She indicated that it might be the first or the last - she just didn't know. If I can find, I'll forward the message to the list.
