Hi Tanis, You might check the neighboring counties. I checked the Buffalo County NEGenWeb site and found several COOLEYs and several LITTLEs, but not in the marriages. I have no idea if the individuals are the ones you're looking for. There's a search engine near the bottom of the first page. It might be worth checking it out. Then try other counties, too -- Adams to the south, Howard to the north, etc.(I'm working from memory here, not from a map, so don't believe my suggestioned names <g>.)
