Hi, Does anyone know if the records of the GAR post 231 were given to the Nebraska Historical Society. In the list of Civil War veterans in Nebraska my great grand father Clark William Eaton was listed but had no Post number. He was living in the Litchfield, Sherman County area. His Cousin Orris D Eaton was listed as belonging to Post 231 Also living in Litchfield. Any help as to where the records are kept would be very welcome. LeRoy Eaton leaton@earthlink.net
