Searching for Charles OR Cicero Ferguson born in OH about 1830, appears in Henry Twp, Marshall Co IL in the 1860 census with a wife Susan born about 1839 PA. Later goes to Cozad NE where he dies. He raises a child Charles H. Powell born abt 1848 in WI, the son of Ruben or John and Lucretia Powell. Indications show Charles Henry Powell to be the Fergusons nephew. Gayle gayle1@wheatstate.com
