    3. Barbara, I used to live in Beatrice. It is a wonderful town and has an active genealogical group that meets monthly. Since I haven't lived there in 9 years, I would suggest you contact the Beatrice Public Library. That is where much of the historical information is kept. There used to be a catalog of cemeteries there too. Is there any chance that there person you are looking for was actually living in Kansas?
