Is there a statewide NE death index? I'd love to learn the death date of one David DUFF, of Dawes Co., NE in the 1900 census, so that I can then attempt to obtain an obituary and with luck, perhaps also locate descendants. He had two children, Grace DUFF and Floyd DUFF. According to family oral tradition he was killed when struck by lightening, year unknown, but after 1900! Thank you so much.
