ORIGINAL QUESTION: Sent: Thursday, January 29, 2004 10:57 AM Subject: Calling all McQuillans or descendants I am trying to locate decendants of Hugh McQuillan and Ann Carey. Hugh immigrated to Omaha, Douglas, Nebraska around 1880 from Antrim Ireland, via Quebec Canada. Hugh and Ann were married in 1888 in Douglas and had two children that I know of Rose and Alvin, obviously born post 1888. Hugh parents were Rose and John and his siblings were Patrick, James, Robert, Ellen, Bridget, Susan, Mary, Rose (Hugh) and Anne. All born between 1835 and 1853 in Glenravel, Antrim, Northern Ireland. Robert was my GGGrandfather and immigrated to NZ in 1862. The other siblings immigrated to Canada also, most stayed but two went on to Montana and Kansas. If any of this sounds even vaguely similar I would love to here from you.
