Hi All, well, got tired of doing big stuff so just played over the last 24 hours....and put up a real quickie...but kinda neat, especially when you read the rules of this institution. Would have liked to have seen those uniforms. This is the 1895 Rules & Regulations of the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Grand Island Nebraska.
