It is my understanding that all the NARA sites already have their copies of the 1930 Census. The one I use does. They are being edited by the different centers to be sure they are readable. I also know that they may be harder to use. Some states will have a Soundex/Miracode, others will not. Similar to the 1910 census, you have to know where they were living in order to find them.
