Better than contacting Lincoln (which doesn't have any of my family in their obit files, despite the fact that many died in Omaha or in the Kearney area over the past 100 or so years--I checked, even though I've gotten copies of their obits here in Omaha and in Hastings), contact the Adams county Genealogical Society in Hastings, NE. They have indexed their newspapers & can get the obit for you if there was one. Naturally, the individual I knew the most about had the biggest obit, her husband whom I needed information about was a two liner., Karen
