Published in SOMEBODY'S LINKS NEWSLETTER: Genealogical Treasures Found, Vol. 3, No. 41, 27 December 2001. http://www.PetuniaPress.com/ o I have a box of papers, pictures, and documents I found in the basement of a house we were renting. They looked like the type of things that I wouldn't want to lose so I didn't throw them out. The papers are mostly about Phyllis HUMPHREY of McAllen, Texas and letters to and from Bart or Barton LARSON in Nebraska. I was living at 1826 Jefferson Avenue in Lincoln, Nebraska when I cleaned out the basement and found this box. It has award plaques, a 1965 high school diploma for McAllen High School, and other papers. I would gladly ship these items to their owners. Lydia [email protected] o I have a tinted high school picture of Alice KNEPPER from O'Neill, Nebraska, which I would like to return to her or her children. It was taken in about 1951. John Galuardi [email protected] o I have three pictures that do not belong to my family that I will be happy to send to a family member. -- Sidney T. SMYTHE, President of St. Johns Military Academy, Wisconsin, circa 1920. -- Henry E. VOEGELI, manager of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, circa 1930s. -- Florence SCOTT, probably Chicago, Illinois (or could be Nebraska, if an Army family) circa 1920s. Susan Cranston [email protected]
