I recently found a 1913 atlas of these counties in Nebraska. Unfortunately, it's not indexed; however, each plat of a township shows the land parcel, section, and name of the owner/occupant of that piece of land. If you know a township your ancestor was is, and whether it was Douglas, Sarpy or Washington County, then I can check the atlas for you. Happy to do free look-ups.
