Searching for: Percy WATKINS (24) and Sidney WATKINS (18), and Cecil Jns. WATKINS (20) (brothers, not married) All are Welsh born. I suspect Percy would be at the KOSTER House in Niobrara. Brothers Sidney and Cecil were at Ellis Island in early April on their way to visit brother Percy, who was residing at the "Costin" House. I believe Koster would be the correct spelling.
