The top of the page says the date is April 21, 1910. Maybe Percy went to Ellis Island to meet his brothers and so missed the census taker? ONLY the people that are ~living~ in the household on the day the census taker calls are enumerated. THe only Percy Watkins listed in the index says he is b. NE and parents b. NE, and is living in Madison Co. working as a bridge laborer. Lou
