The directions on how to change to digest mode are given below. I highly recommend that you subscribe in DIGEST mode, most of the lists are proving to very high volume. (Instructions below) How to change to digest mode (several postings are combined and sent to you together as a single large message). There are two steps. First, send the command "unsubscribe" to [email protected] (Remove the XX and replace it with your state abbreviation, see below) to discontinue mail mode. Second, send the command "subscribe" to [email protected] to start receiving digests.
