Could someone look up the surname of Van Pelt. Don't know the town or county or parents names. The is a daughter named Emily May Van Pelt who was born between 1861 to 1866 in NE. Would appreciate any help on this. I know it is a big help I need. Emily married Charles Bell and they had a son in IA. born in 1889.
