My parents lived in Thayer county when they were first married: 1912 - maybe 1920. Is there anything to be found on them: Joseph (Joe) Herink and wife Rose Mae Stepan Herink one child born 1915, Melvin Joe also in Gage County: (grandparents) Joseph Herink and wife Mary Novotny Herink, homesteaded there early 1900s six children: Fred,Joseph (above) Louis,Amos,Emma and Alma Herink later moved to Kansas Vencil (Wencil) Herink and wife Frances Svolba Herink ,great grandparents lived in Barneston, or near.
