If there is a way to do a lookup on a boy who was about 13, and living with relatives with a different name, I would very much appreciate help on finding where Charles LAME was living in the 1885 census. I suspect he was in Saline Co., NE, but it could have been one of the surrounding counties, also, but definitely somewhere near Lincoln and/or Beatrice. Possible names for his relatives could be MINER, COX, DENNY/ DENNEY. If there is someone out there who can solve this nearly-100 year mystery, I will be forever indebted to you. TIA Ruthie Lame

Robert GILLETT supposedly had a shop (he was a blacksmith) in or near Gering NE from about 1901 until in the 1940s. His wife was Sarah "Sadie" ANNABLE and they were married in Adams, Gage Cty, NE Dec. 1899. They had only one child I know of: Gladys. Sadie's youngest brother, Calvin Annable, graduated from High School in Minatare, supposedly. I believe he could have been living with the Gilletts as his mother, Margaret E. Annable, died in Scottsbluff in 1910. Any information would be much appreciated. They should be in the 1920 Scottsbluff Cty census. Audrey
