I am currently in the process of putting together my family tree. I am looking for any records that might be found in Wells County on BIRTH, MARRIAGE AND DEATH records. I am looking for the following surnames: Kleinsasser, Wipf, Wollmann, Stahl & Miller. These would be Hutterite people, my relatives. If anyone might have information that could help me, please let me know. Sincerely, Lydia R. Kleinsasser
For anyone wanting to order vital statistic records, visit this site; http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/howto/w2w/ndakota.htm They are very fast! I had a response back within a week and their fees are the cheapest I've ever encountered. But remember that North Dakota didn't start keeping these types of records until 1893, and even then, they didn't do a very thorough job.
