I know he was in the Manning area in the 1923 time period. This is when his mother dies and the information in her obituary states a son, Walter was living in the Manning area. At this time he would have been about about 40 years old. He was born June 1, 1883 in OH according to the birth certificate I have of his. Any assistance from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
