Thanks for the suggestions, Mike! I agree that I don't want to burden CCs with lots of requirements, but things like the CC's name and current email addy and a search engine are common sense items that CCs should understand are necessary, yes? Another is checking and updating links. That should be a given, I would think. Sites come and go, as we all know, and often folks rearrange their websites. Links need to be checked. I've been on some sites looking for some elusive ancestors in New England and saw some fantastic looking websites (going by their names anyway) but the links were broken. :-( I'm sure many of you have been there, done that -- the feeling of frustration isn't fun. ~Lee S.
