Good evening, North Dakota! The voting period has come to an end. You were voting on the question: "Are you in favor of holding an election every two years for state coordinator?" With ten people voting yes and one person voting no, the majority of you have voted in favor of holding an election every two years for state coordinator. According to the decisions that were made prior to this election, the current State Coordinator Lee S. King will hold office through the month of January 2006. At some time before the end of January 2006 the state will need to hold an election to choose a new State Coordinator who will take office on February 1, 2006. It has been a pleasure working with you. We're especially grateful to Joe Zsedeny for helping us set up the process and to those of you who voted. We've also enjoyed the enthusiasm you've shared with us online over Lee's election. Sometimes all we know after an election are the names and numbers, but this time Bev and I were privileged to see a bit of the celebration. If you have any questions about the election, please feel free to contact either Bev or me. If there's anything further that the USGenWeb Election Committee can do for you, please let Bev Hopkins, your regional representative from the Election Committee, or Ellen Pack, our committee chair, know. It's time for you to unsub us from your mail list. Thanks again, and best wishes to all of you! Greta Thompson USGenWeb Election Committee bluebear@new.rr.com Bev Hopkins bbeegle@huntel.net
