There are actually two main considerations here, one is what is suggested or recommended for a CC to do which varies a bit by the amount of activity for a county but 'should be' relatively frequent, weekly or nearly so or probably more accurately within a few days of receiving something be it a query or notice of a bad link or whatever. The other is the outer limit of what is acceptable... the point at which a CC is subject to possible removal. 2 months... 6 months... a year? At what point is neglect acceptable grounds for removal?
