Mary also submitted a transcription of a wonderful narrative history of the railroad's impact on Bartlett, Ramsey County, ND. It is called the End Of The Track and is great reading with many names of people passing through: http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/nd/ramsey/history/bartlett.txt. The 1910 Emmons County Census index is now online to accompany the images. This transcription was done by Moe Lynn, Edmonton, Alberta whose family had migrated up there from ND. Moe has now done several ND indexes over some long Canadian winters. Other works in progress include the rest of the 1900 Census. I received the NARA films this week and will begin scanning them shortly. I have a volunteer to do the Morton index once the scans are complete. I have completed all of the county township maps which include township and range numbers. I will be uploading them to the Archives as time permits. However, anyone desiring a copy before I get them up let me know. Again, Mary Lindbo had her hand in this as she furnished maps which revealed the township and range numbers. I joined them to modern census maps which helps researchers pinpoint homesteads. Thanks again, Mary.
