I have been getting about a dozen Klez virus messages daily. Today one of our CCs got a message reputedly from me (not so) with this included: Trendmicro give you the W32.Klez.E removal tools W32.Klez.E is a dangerous virus that spread through email. For more information, please visit http://www.Trendmicro.comm I put the extra "m" at the end of the URL so that no one will inadvertenly click on it. Anyway, if you tried to use this so called tool you would wipe out your harddrive. If you get ANY suspicious messages like this from any one you know check with them before doing anything. Best to put these in your trash and then immediately empty the trash. Here is something else that might help keep viruses from taking over your address book. Put some of this garbage as the first entry in your book: @%$&*^($. Some tell me that this frustrates the effort. Viruses that take over an address book propagate by sending everyone in your book a message with a virus attached. You think a friend send a message but really you are receiving a virus. Norton 2002, which I keep updated routinely, catches the viruses coming into my machine. If you have broadband and stay online all the time a firewall is a must. I use Tiny Software's Personal Firewall and have never been hacked. Hope this helps Joe
