Good afternoon all- Although it seems like years ago (just kidding, Pat), it was less than two months ago that Pat Maas came on as an assistant in Richland County. Since then, Pat has added marriages, churches, cemetery transcriptions, addresses, pictures and lookups. Now, she's working on indexing one of her lookups! (I sometimes feel like I unleashed a whirling dervish). So, Pat's getting a bit of a promotion...she is now the full-fledged Richland County Coordinator!!! We encourage you to visit Richland County and check out our new additions! http://www.rootsweb.com/~ndrichl2/ Thanks! Michelle NDGenWeb-ASC

Hi Mike, I'm just not that famous yet! ha Pat ----- Original Message ----- From: Mike Peterson To: NDGENWEB-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2005 4:52 PM Subject: [NDGENWEB-L] Newspaper Article I've been asked by one of my local newspapers to send some data to them so they could write an article about the web site. Frankly, I don't know where to begin or what to say and in fact was quite taken back by the whole thing. So, I'm wondering if any of you have had the experience and if so what kind of data did you send them? Sincerely, Mike Peterson Emmons Traill
Mike, you might began with the history of the Project and then show how ND and your web site fits into the picture.
