    3. No - they are degrading the stone every time they apply acid to it. Stones deteriorate fast enough from the environment without the maintenance people helping it. 3. Hi all- Just to let you know, Amelia Elizabeth was born July 24th, weighing in at 7 lbs. 10 oz, 19 inches long. We're home from the hospital and recovering well, taking it easy. Amelia is a great baby, doing all those typical baby things, including keeping her parents up most of the night. I've had several offers in the last few days to adopt counties, so I anticipate some announcements in that area. Although I wasn't aware of it, I guess there was some discussion on the Discuss list that we were in need of coordinators. Feel free to email me directly with any issues/questions/etc., but it obviously may take me awhile to respond with a newborn in the house (not to mention the active 4 year old older brother). I am expecting our second child, who will likely arrive July 24th. I don't anticipate being gone earlier than that date, but wanted to give you heads up in case. I am guessing I will be out of communication for a couple of weeks at most, as long as there are no complications. During that time, please direct any issues or concerns to Char Kibbie, our wonderful ASC. Thank you for all that you do in your websites. In the last six months, it has been my pleasure to get to know some of you a little better and it's pretty neat to see how dedicated and hardworking you are. It inspires me to do more with my counties!! If you have sent me a personal email recently, I will try to respond before baby arrives, but please understand if it isn't possible for a few weeks yet.
