She was born May 8, 1926 to the late James & Mallie Robbins Owens. Mrs. Plowman was retired from AT&T. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lloyd Anderson Plowman, five sisters, three brothers. Surviving are her daughter Donna Plowman (David Lynn) Morgan, Sr., Yadkinville; granddaughter Shannon (Robbie) Thomas; two step grandchildren Shari (Greg) Hospodor, David Lynn Morgan, Jr.; three great- grandchildren Alesha Smith, Zachary Smith, Jacob Smith; step great-granddaughter Emma Hospodor; two sisters, three brothers. Her funeral will be conducted at 7:30 P.M., Friday September 26, 2008 ,at Gentry Family Chapel with the Rev. Barry Surratt officiating. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 27, 2008, at Turners Creek Baptist Church, by Rev. Bobby Russell. The family will receive friends from 6:30 7:30 P.M., Friday, Septemb! er 26, 2008 before the service at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
