Webb, 76, passed away Friday August 29, 2008, due to injuries from an Automobile accident. Mr. Webb was born February 25, 1932, to the late Charlie & Bessie Matthews Webb. He was a retired tobacco farmer, and was a member of Forbush Friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his former wife and the mother of the children Marjorie Macy Webb; a brother Linden Webb; a sister Polly Webb. Surviving is sons Barry (Martha) Webb, Boonville; Tim (Diane) Webb, Boonville; Bob (Charlotte) Webb, Boonville; Terry Webb Holden Beach; Jay (Tina) Webb, Boonville; a daughter Kay (Donald) Dunn, Boonville; Grandchildren Deana, Carrie, Gage (Crystal), Rebecca, Sylvia, Billy (Robyn), Justin (Jessica), Dillon, Stacy, Travis; great-grandchildren Lakken, Keith. The family is gathering at the home of Tim and Diane Webb, River Road Boonville. His funeral will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at Charity Baptist Church, with the Rev. Eddy Dri! ver officiating. He will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow at Charity Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M., Monday, September 1, 2008, at Gentry family Funeral Service, in Yadkinville. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Charity Baptist Church Youth Group, 1500 Charity Church Rd. Boonville, NC 27011. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Webb family.
