"My last Request": Dear loved onesshed no tears for me, When from this world I' ve gone; You see my parting is not the end, I' ve simply gone to my Heavenly Home. I' ve crossed o' er the chilly Jordan, To see the saints who' ve gone before; I' ll be reunited with my loved ones there, And feel t! heir loving arms once more. So instead of crying, just praise the Lord That finally my Savior I will meet; The waiting is over, and I can "Thank Him" as humbly I' ll bow at His dear feet.
