I have no dates of birth, death, marriage beyond Alfred and Frances Reddick Stewart. I have been told that Joseph Henry and Mary Ellen Brown Stewart are buried in a cemetery on Power Dam Road in Stokes County. Since there is a Power Dam Road in both the Walnut Cove and Pilot Mountain areas I have no idea where to start. I haven't lived in NC since 1983 but am planning a trip back home in March and will make a search. Again, thank you for your response. On the Power Dam Rd in Surry County, it is west of Pilot Mountain off Hwy 268, but there is only one main cemetery there and it is Hills Grove Baptist Church. I surveyed it in 2005 and here are the STEWART names I recorded: Stewart, Bessie Ella Flinchum, b. 1896, d. 1966; w/o A. L. Stewart Sr. Stewart, James Roger, b. 6-29-1922, d. 4-23-1997; h/o Nellie Mabe Stewart, Marvin, b. 7-13-1918, d. 8-16-1918; s/o A. L. Stewart Sr. & Bessie Ella Flinchum Stewart, Nellie Mabe, b. 1-3-1927, d. 6-15-1999; w/o James Roger Stewart Stewart Sr, A. L., b. 1891, d. 1968; h/o Bessie Ella Flinchum There's a few old cemeteries in the area of Power Dam Rd, but they are small family ones. One of them is my ancestors William C. PATTERSON.
