Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born July 16, 1921 to the late Hamilton & Mae McNew Church. Mrs. Branon was a member of Harmony Grove Friends, and was retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald F. Branon on January 30, 2004; and her son, Donnie Branon; two sisters; and one brother. Surviving are her son, William L. "Bill" (Connie) Branon, Kernersville; two grandsons, Lt. Scott Anderson Branon, and Justin Tyler Branon; three sisters, Martha Lee Wilkins, Georgia Church, and Florietta Kane. A Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Harmony Grove Friends Church Cemetery.
