Mr. Bottoms was born Dec. 20, 1957, to Lonnie Jay and Gladys Macemore Bottoms. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Jay Bottoms. Surviving are his mother, Gladys Macemore Bottoms of Dobson; and a brother, Danny Ray Bottoms of Jonesville. His funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 8, at Gentry Family Chapel in Jonesville, with the Rev. Conard Hatfield officiating. Burial will at Swaims Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Aug. 7, at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville.
